Hey I e-mailed the settings.

You've called all the forms "blogroll".
Change each form name="blogroll" to something unique and then change the "blogroll" text in the below part to whatever you called that form.onchange="location=document.blogroll.menu.options[document.blogroll.menu.selectedIndex].value;"
